Classes are Included in your monthly membership! Non-members pay $5 to drop-in a class. Each class is 50 minutes long.
Functional Fitness includes exercises that train your muscles to work together for everyday activities and tasks. Movements like pushing, pulling, lifting, and squatting are all included in our Functional Fitness class. Everything is scaled to your own ability.
Each Dance Cardio class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” our of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
Join us as we practice postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated; suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
