Classes are Included in your monthly membership! Non-members pay $5 to drop-in a class. Each class is 50 minutes long.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness includes exercises that train your muscles to work together for everyday activities and tasks. Movements like pushing, pulling, lifting, and squatting are all included in our Functional Fitness class. Everything is scaled to your own ability.

Dance Cardio

Each Dance Cardio class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” our of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.

This class is designed to breakdown some more advanced lifting moves while teaching you the proper form. Want to sign up for a competition? Learn double unders? Sign up for a race? Let us help you become the strongest version of you!

Circuit Strength

Come check out our Hoist Motion Cage and join us for a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Learn how to use the equipment in a safe and fun environment.

Athletic Conditioning

Great class for those young athletes looking to improve strength and agility for general sports performance. Ladder drills, jump training, and plyometrics along with working on increasing strength with proper form.

Perfect class for those mature adults who are new to lifting and want to stay active. A mix of low impact resistance and cardio to help battle the aging process.
